Q&A with Lexi

Tell us about your career journey:

I’ve always loved doing my friends and family’s hair for any occasion. Back in September of 2023, I had realized after 8 years of other failed career paths that it was time to just jump right into the beauty industry! In September of 2024 I graduated from Empire Beauty School in Hooksett. From there I decided to continue my education and be able to continue to grow at Alexander Hair Creatives.

What is your favorite service to provide/look to create?

One of my favorite services has to be updos/formal styling, for sure! I love the creative freedom that it allows me to have and the satisfaction of watching the whole vision come together. I also love doing haircuts cuts and blowouts. There’s something so therapeutic about doing a good blowout!

Why do you love to work at Alexander Hair Creatives?

I love working at Alexander Hair Creatives because it is such a creative, encouraging and supportive atmosphere. I love that I can continue to learn and grow alongside other amazing artists all while building amazing connections with our salon guests.

What do you love to do in your free time?

In my free time, I love to spend it with my wife and my dog Huckleberry Finn. I also play on a D2 women’s rugby team which is my favorite hobby. I also love to traveling the world and visit national parks. I also love to ski in the winter and to be outdoors as much as possible!
